How can I book a room?
You can book a room directly through our website. You can pay by card. Or: after confirming your reservation, you will receive a proforma invoice and can make the payment via bank transfer.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
It is possible to check in from 14:00 onwards, the last check-out time is 10:00.
Is breakfast included in the price?
Breakfast is available at an additional cost.
Where can I park?
Public parking is available in the blue zone and requires payment. You can use the apps Centralka or EasyPark to pay the parking fee. You can also pay at a parking machine (cash-only). Additionally, we can provide parking for a fee of € 10 per day upon request and availability.
Are pets allowed?
No pets allowed.
Do you offer free Wi-Fi?
Yes
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation is free up to 14 days before arrival. Cancellations made up to 7 days before arrival are charged 50% of the price, and cancellations after that are charged the full amount.
What are the restaurant/breakfast hours?
Breakfast is served from 7 AM to 10 AM.
Do you have rooms for guests with disabilities?
Yes, we have a room adapted for guests with disabilities—room 1.01.
